Returns

• You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

• To start a return, please contact us at gamergy9031@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your returned item.

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

• All GGGEAR products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

• This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    

• If your product develops a fault during the warranty period, contact us at gamergy9031@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and a brief description (photos or videos) of the issue.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

• If a replacement is unavailable, you may receive a store credit or refund.
